To get more referrals from healthcare and wellness professionals, I usually start with a customized email and follow up with a phone call. Sometimes I stop in if appropriate.

I track dates and types of outreach on a spreadsheet as well as results. If they aren’t interested or don’t respond, I move on to someone else. I have also had doula clients or students connect me with providers.
