Kaytlyn has a passion for mothers and babies, and she has been working with babies and children as long as she can remember.
For 4 years, Kaytlyn worked in a hospital women’s health and mother-baby postpartum unit, which enabled her to gain priceless experience working one on one with new mothers and their babies. Through this experience her love for serving new mothers and their babies blossomed, and Kaytlyn became a certified postpartum doula.
Her warm and empathetic nature enable her to provide exemplary judgment- free support for all the clients she serves. When not working with clients, you can find Kaytlyn enjoying nature with her dog and reading. Kaytlyn serves clients in the Traverse City area and West Michigan.
Kaytlyn is an advanced multiples training graduate through Mama’s Best Friend.

Kaytlyn is such a delight and so helpful. She came right in the first day and made herself apart of the family. She is kind, adaptive, funny, such a helper, and my kids adore her. I went into this pregnancy knowing that I would want postpartum doula support, specifically for nights after we brought our first baby home, and I could not be more pleased with Gold Coast. As a first time mom, I honestly had no idea what I was doing 🙂 Our Doulas - Kaytlyn, Kristin M., Mia & Kay felt like having your best friends help you out overnight that also happened to be baby experts. Postpartum can feel like such a lonely and isolating time, and they truly made me feel like I had a great support system around me and that I could get through anything (and we did have some challenges with our little girl early on). Kaytlyn was a wonderful night doula for our family! She was sweet and respectful and cared for me and my newborn like we were part of her family. Sleep can be hard those first few weeks and with Kaytlyn supporting us I was able to sleep soundly and our newborn got the care and love he needed through the night. So grateful for Kaytlyn!
